The COMMON COLD and FLU, and how to treat them, NATURALLY

They seem to be around forever: Cold and Flu!
Don't be caught off guard; protect yourself and family against these nasty ailments and fight back. Not with ineffective OTC drugs but with powerful herbal supplements from the Amazon rainforest.

Flu symptoms While a cold can be caused by many viruses, seasonal flu is caused by either influenza A or B viruses. They are contagious, viral infectious diseases of the upper respiratory system.
Colds and influenza are included in the diagnosis of influenza-like illnesses.
A cold is a milder respiratory illness than the flu. Cold symptoms can make you feel bad for a few days; flu symptoms though can make you feel quite ill for a longer period.
Often, influenza and the common cold are mistaken for each other but the symptoms of influenza, most of the time, include a fever and are more severe than the common cold.
The three most frequent symptoms of a cold are a runny nose, nasal congestion, and sneezing. However a sore throat, cough, headache, or other symptoms are also possible. If you have "caught" a cold, the symptoms usually begin in 2 or 3 days, though it may take a week. An irritated nose or scratchy throat is the first sign, followed by sneezing and a watery nasal discharge.

Alternative treatment
Start using this following prescription at the very first symptoms; if used early on, these may be limited to only one or a few days.

Mix one full pipette of CCG (Ginger- and Cat's claw) tincture together with a freshly squeezed quarter lemon in a little water and drink this. Do so 3 times a day.
This is a very effective remedy against the common cold and flu-like illnesses.
The symptoms are eased and often after the second day these are gone completely.

A warm tea mix of Ginger (a few slices), Cat's claw (a teaspoon cut bark) and a quarter Lemon can also be used 2 - 3 times a day but it is somewhat less effective than the tincture with lemon.

CCG Tincture Ginger and Cat's claw are very effective against inflammation of the upper respiratory tract.
Ginger stimulates circulation, fights viruses and helps clear your sinuses and lungs of mucus.
Cat's claw fights virus infections of the upper respiratory tract and is a strong immune system booster.
Vitamin C-rich Lemon juice, in the natural form, increases body resistance, decreases toxicity and helps reducing the duration of the cold or flu.
Finally, get plenty of rest and drink lots of fluids!
