Bulk rainforest botanicals & seeds All of the botanicals (medicinal plants, herbs, herbal dietary supplements), seeds, rhizomes and bulbs offered in the retail-lists are available in bulk pack (minimum 10.0 kg or 22.2 lbs.) Herbal dietary supplements (tinctures and capsules) are available in bottles. Orders of plants, seeds and herbs are accompanied with a FAO* model phytosanitary certificate from the Surinam Plant Protection & Quarantine Division, an APHIS / PPQ label - and a Harvest Protocol Sheet (optional). Price sheets and specifications are available upon request. Discount depends on the quantity of the order, the species and the season. A lead time may apply for large quantities & availability. Delivery time is usually 2 - 3 weeks with registered airmail. Shipment with UPS  or DHL 
or FEDEX  is also available for faster delivery (4 - 10 business days). For Europe, Air Parcel Post (5 - 8 business days) is available. Quantities over 200 (two hundred) lbs can also be forwarded with airfreight (airport to airport). Herbal dietary supplements (tinctures and capsules) are forwarded with USPS first class or Priority Mail "USPS"  Unless otherwise specified by the customer. Discount on dietary supplements: from 10% (6 bottles) to 40% (30 cartons/24bottles). No returns refund or exchange on bulk botanicals, seeds, rhizomes and bulbs! Only unopened bottles, still in original package, are accepted back. See our return policy. Shipping is at the buyer's risk and expense. We are not responsible for delays and/or loss of packages or freight by one of the carriers we use. These include postal services world wide, shipping companies and courier services. Complaints about packages or freight that are (is) lost, damaged and/or with the contents damaged, must be reported to the carrier involved (postal -, courier services and shipping companies). Advise us if you want the merchandize insured and/or secured. All other charges (import duties, inspection charges and special licenses) are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise agreed upon. Clearing of the merchandize by Customs and/or Agricultural Inspection is the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise agreed upon.
